"I don't like to give negative reviews but unfortunately, this one is well deserved. This practice discriminates against single parents. I was instructed this morning (while re-scheduling our first appointment because the office cancelled), that there was a new policy. Parents with multiple children are now REQUIRED to bring an additional adult. "No exceptions" the front office lady said. This is a violation of HIPAA privacy. You are not required to share your child's private health information with anyone (including which doctor your child sees). If the focus is on crowd control and exposure, the other options should have been given; like scheduling each child individually or a limit of 2 seen at a time. There are professional ways to speak to patients without embarrassment, degradation and judgement, like what happened to me this morning. **Remember you and your child(ren) have rights. Please make sure to know them because medical staff are still human and can abuse their power.**"

"I want to start this review by saying that Dr.Anwar is a very thorough pediatrician who me and my husband really did want our son to continue seeing. His office however was extremely unsanitary, and being this is a pediatric facility you would think it would be cleaned better. Also, both times we went in the smoke detector was beeping. It was always a hassle trying to get ahold of anyone from his office either, being that their phone was just a voicemail box where they then call you back hours after you leave a message. Overall it’s very unfortunate that his office and way of contacting him is so bad, and hope his office is able to improve from this review for future parents who decide to visit this facility."

"Always a great experience when bringing my baby to Dr. Anwar’s office! Both staff and providers and very kind and thorough. I been to both location Arlington and Crowley and always a great experience. I love the doctor and PA. I do not feel rushed and feel like they are willing to answer all my questions. Making appointments are easy and they return calls in a very time efficient manner. Would always recommend this place for those looking for a pediatrician"

"Thought I would never leave Dr. Anward’s office, but sadly the customer service to make appointments have changed completely. Before you actually talked to a person now is just leaving a message and waiting and hoping they call back. Kids health care, I think requires better service. Sad because any concern I had he would help me and refer me to specialist. Now even my insurance cannot get a hold of anyone there for approvals and paperwork."

"My kids have been coming to his office for over 5 years now. And I absolutely love them! I can always get an appointment, they call me with follow ups, or if they are coming up on an appointment, staff is amazing! One MA is so sweet. I'm so bad at names. But she has been the same one we have seen the past few times. So, professional, respectful, nice, the kids absolutely adore her. Dr. Anwar is so professional and he has known the kids for so long its almost like family. He really truly cares and takes his time. Wouldn't take my kids anywhere else. And that's not to mention the amazing after office care nurse that's on call. I have had to call twice and both times were late at night and she handled us with amazing care and professionalism."
