"So far I love this place! Today was our 1st visit. I was impressed to see a sick and no sick waiting room as well as exam rooms. Dr. Garza was very attentive. Very thorough. And answered all my question. I think we have found our forever Pediatrician! Thank you so much"
"This office use to be great but now when I call the line gets transferred to someone foreign it’s hard to get through Now Here’s what made me change doctors in December I took my daughter to get seen for ear drainage I ask them for a referral They sent a referral out to a doctor that does not receive my insurance so I called back and let them know so. they sent my daughter to another specialist According to that specialist they had been requesting more information on my daughter in order to schedule. now from December to February I could not get Almouie clinic to get it together for my daughter to be seen at the specialist they would not submit what was needed. It is now March my daughter still has ear drainage and I have since moved her to a wonderful Dr Kimberly vu I would not recommend this clinic to no moms out there they do the bare minimum when it comes to care you never see the same dr, pa or na, it’s a revolving door."
"My daughter is a patient of them. She’s two months old. She has a fever and can’t stop coughing. They told me for me to take her to a hospital because they couldn’t see her because they already saw their last patient of the day 11 AM. This is not acceptable. If a patient is sick especially a 2 month old they should see her. I had asked the doctor one day and she had told me that whenever my baby is sick that I could bring her over, waste of time I should’ve just took her straight to the hospital. And I was there at 11:28."
"Be prepared to sit and wait for hours at a time this is my only second time here for a 10 minute wellness checkup n both times ive waited an hour n a half with me n one other person in the office i came here because they are open on the weekends but they need to do better will be finding another office now empty offices n my appointment was at 10:15 it is now 11:30"
"Horrible service, Over 2 hour long wait times. This is the third and final time coming here. Stay Away, incompetent money driven clinic. The place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks including dirty restrooms and Broken sign!"
