"Since Jessica ( manager) left the complex this place is no the same.. New manager No doing her work propertly i have almost 2 years here and i count the days to my lease end to can move to another place.. She have bad actitude with residents thats horrible place to live is she still on the manager position, every body doing what ever they want and you complaint on the office and she only say " i cant not doing nothing" she not put attention on residents needs junk cars be sitting on the parcking lot for ever, residents have more them 3 dogs bother 24 hours the neighbors peace cant not even watch Tv .. only can say is SPANICH OAK APARTMENTS SAN ANTONIO IS NO A GOOD PLACE TO LOVE IS THIS LADY STILL IN CHARGE dont waste your time visit leasing office becaiuse gonne get a bad time with her. she is very rude but when the owner is around she look ad a little Angel.. after he left is horrible time.. Be ready for get Hight Pressure is you decide to move here Have wonderful day"

"I definitely would NOT recommend renting from this place. I lived there for 2 years, and nothing got fixed. I got attacked by a neighbors pitbull, and nothing was done. Our mailboxes got broken into so many times that they had to move all mailboxes into the office. Angela was so rude!! Now that I have moved out, they filed an eviction for no reason. Now i see i am not the only one this has happened to. I have reached out for the past 2 months, and the owner will not answer any of the emails. The ladies in the office will no longer answer my calls when i call about The Release of Judgment i dropped off for owner to fill out. Please listen to my advice and look elsewhere."

"Management is great they are always helping me out when I have a maintenance issue and concern for area! As for apt itself the owner really needs to fix up place with mold and cracks thru out apts and water issues not to mention pest and rodent problems. I understand he’s a busy man but these issues need to be addressed or news needs to get involved. It’s not fair for those of us who pay on time every month and constantly has to do their own maintenance and pest control!! Do better Sir, busy or not it’s against law to have rats and mold all over place! Period."

"I currently live here. There are doing work to fix up the place cause of city ordinance but a common courtesy heads up would have been really nice with all the noise due to I have a 6 month old baby and it's right out my front door. When I called to let the person in the office know that a notice would have been nice she was blankly rude about it. Dismissed what I had to say and continued to say "do what you want to it's city ordinance". I understand that this needed to be done but being disturbly awaken and not being able to prepared to leave with my 6 month old baby while they work is what I'm upset about. The city needs to come look inside the apartments as well cause I have cracks where the wall and roof is separating in living room, bedroom and bathroom."

"Think twice about renting here. Had to call police because maintenance caught stealing out of my daughter’s apartment. Others said even office people took things. Thank God for good neighbors who took pictures and recorded everything! Police officers saw everything! Took so many things it’s a shame! It’s bad enough it didn’t pass inspection but then to have employees stealing!"
