"The food is definitely 4 star and pizza is the UYScuti(biggest star) I like the atmosphere but others might find it too quaint. ( Loved the neon 50's style "spaghetti" sign walking in, truly representing a time when spaghetti was a draw-in like Chop Suey). As far as service it should get 4 stars, as wait( average) And staff service was excellent. I only gave it three stars because I go there once a year ( 2 hr. Drive from Milwaukee) and the last two times, the pizza we ordered was made mistakenly. ( Substitutions such as Pepperoni on half only, and adding sausage to a veggie pizza was not done. We were most adequately compensated with free dessert for this error.) My advice: stick to the specials as is or construct your own add-ons to the basic cheese. Ps. All three "skins" as we called the crusts in the 70s as Shakey's pizza makers, are distinctively different. We get the regular which is on the thick side, again like Italian Pizza should be. The table next to us got the carb loaded pan, which looked outstanding if you want one slice and will take the rest home. Thin, I will get it next time. Beware: THIS is real 'za, no namby-pamby-everyone is making- wood fired bread and cheese sprinkles."

"I just wanna say right off the bat the service was amazing! She was kind to my children and the food came quick. Place looked clean and had a nice feel. The pizza I would give a 3 out of 5. It’s the sauce, doesn’t pop or stand out, Taste almost like nothing. The cheese curds made me sad, definitely was expecting a bit better since it’s Wisconsin but they were kind of like gas station level. The waitress we had honestly saved it all, I can’t remember her name but I would give her a 10 out of 10."

"Kayla and the wonderful folks at Villa Pizza treated us like royalty. Planning a family birthday celebration there, I advised them of a family member who has a severe food allergy. Frank, the manager, thoroughly inspected what menu items could contain nuts. After telling us, Frank and Kayla accommodated us incredibly and with much kindness. Tonight, Kayla taking care of our entire party did so with the thoughtfulness and kindness of a family member. She never ceased to question us of any needs and earned a five+ star rating. Kayla and Villa Pizza made this a wonderful and memorable occasion. We all highly recommend your visiting Villa Pizza. The people there make it great! Thank you to Kayla & Frank."

"I will have to start by telling you that the salad was not good, it was like eating a bag salad with store bought ranch… and I’ve had better at home, how did they get 5 stars? Sit down and get ready and I will explain. The pizza came out and the server instantly asked if we wanted them remade because the crust was a tad over done, I like the pizza over done so nothing lost on us. We ordered a pepperoni and an onion pizza because of a special on 2 one topping pizzas and heck who doesn’t love eating pizza or pizza leftovers? One bite and i knew, this place was F’in amazing! The crust was perfectly chewy and crunchy and the sauce was literally the best sauce I’ve ever had and i mean ever! Being from the Chicagoland area I am a complete pizza snob, this may be a top 3 places for pizza and that sauce is going to haunt my dreams… Try this place out, you won’t regret it (maybe skip the salad)"

"Well, first time and it was DELICIOUS! The server could be better, but so glad the food made the experience a good experience. We ordered the Sampler Platers and cheese curds gone in two second! The marinara sauce was awesome with the meat stuffed ravioli. Bread “sticks” are free with every pizza! Should have stuck to one, we decided to pig out with two. The pizza sauce is on the sweet side. Some people have a problem with that, but for me it was just sweet enough and not too much. We ordered a thin and a Chicago Style pizza, and both were great tasting! Can’t wait to eat the leftovers!"
