"Do NOT purchase from this company!! Want poor customer service? Nancy will be glad to provide you with the worst experience when purchasing your mascot. We have purchased from them for years, but no longer. If Alan knew the way you treated people, he would be so ashamed. The quality has only gone down and it is one excuse after another. This is your warning to not purchase from this very poor company. The pictures on the website have to be atleast 20 years old and are not what you will receive once placing your order. Again, my biggest complaint is Nancy. If this business ever wants to flourish, she needs to be away from the establishment!!! So dissatisfied!!"

"Buyer beware!!! Do not order from this company. The customer service is the worst. The mascot did not arrive as ordered. At first they blamed it on me, then they blamed it on their inability to ship the mascot correctly (even after charging $500 for shipping). The original order was very clear. I ordered and paid for an important feature that was not included in the final product. It has been a nightmare! The customer service rep refuses to let me discuss this issue with anyone else in the company."
