"My 3 children have been with Dr Dominguez and Denise since they were babies starting 10 years ago. Both are by far the best doctors. Never had any issues trying to get in contact with the office, trying to schedule appointments or even with any of the staff members. Ever since UT health took over it went down hill. We stuck it out because the both of them are really good doctors. However for an annual check up, we have to wait months to be seen. For a sick visit they scheduled weeks out. Dr Dominguez is their assigned doctor and we never seen him for ANT APPOINTMENT. They have 4 different provider and there is NEVER ANY OPENINGS.I don’t understand that. To top it off, when the switch to UT HEALTH happened all nurse and front staff got switched. Now the front staff is rude, they always have an attitude and have you standing there to wait till they are finish without saying “I’ll be right with you” or anything. They do not acknowledge your presence at all. It’s said to say after 10 years, we have to now find a new doctor."

"Absolutely LOVE Dr. Dominguez and the staff. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. I refuse to take my children anywhere else. I have been bringing them here since they were newborns. I just wish there was another location closer to home but I will definitely continue to drive the distance. My kids love their doctor!!!"

"I have been taking my son here since he was 3 days old. We absolutely love dr Dominguez! Anytime my son is sick or I have health concerns about my child, he is quick to say “bring him in and we’ll take a look”, or I leave a message in MyChart and he is quick to respond!! The staff are just as sweet as well! (Personally don’t know why people are complaining) The best Pediatrician out there. 11/10 recommend. As well as Dr. Denise Hickman.. while Dr. D was out, my son was sick, and they put us on the schedule to see her. She is SO SWEET, so kind, and made my son laugh when he wasn’t feeling good. They give you every bit of information you need regarding your child. It’s the best. They are the best. As well as the staff. Keep up the AMAZING work you all do."

"My baby has seen Dr. Roland Dominguez and he's great & all but I love Denise Hickman more. She really loves my daughter. Talks to her really nice. And is very gentle with her. She's always been, ever since birth. There's another doctor I believe his name or last name is Sander or something like that. I spoke to him on the phone and he was amazing! I love that if I have a concern and need questions answered but can't go to the office I just call and either a nurse or the doctor would call me back. This is hands down one of the best pediatric offices in SA hands down. Just look at their comments, everyone loves them."
