"If I could give 0 stars I would. We just bought a house that has propane tanks instead of natural gas and ran out of propane sooner than we thought. I wanted to fill the tank and pay up front but they made me fill out a credit application and then refused to do business with me because of my credit score. They would not even agree to fill the tank at a cash price because they aren’t PCE owned tanks. After all that I called Ferrell gas and got the propane for almost 50 cents less than what PCE was charging. The person who called me didn’t even want to hear anything else once she told me they weren’t going to do business with me. Very rude."

"Refused to deliver propane in the middle of winter because they said I need to give them 450 plus dollars.... I owe them nothing and have always paid my bill. Plus i have a 178.00 credit that they refuse to pay back. I called and asked for the managers supervisor name in Pearl City and they refused to give me information on who to contact . This is how they treat disabled veterans."

"I am a new home owner and I was looking for a place to get propane. I was calling around. I called and got Tessa and we clicked. She is so helpful and she is the best. Her and Eric call me "Scales Mound ". Tessa is the reason I went with Pearl City Elevators. Thank you Tessa for making my choice so easy and making me feel like a person not just a client!!!!"

"If you can go through someone else, do it. The drivers are no good. They don't care to shut gates they open and they're ALWAYS late. I need to be home when they come and they never make appointments on time. Sometimes a whole day off. Lost work time for me. They also complain about your car being in your driveway, so even if you have a 2.5 car driveway, better get your car in the yard. Today their complaint was a branch. The path they take to the tank is not obstructed. No downed branches, and yet a complaint... from the people I PAY for fuel. They complained more than once, so here is my complaint. I'm going electric. These jokers can take a hike."

"Your employee with the license plate 1530444 almost ran me into another lane of traffic and a semi on 151 in Madison. He had to merge at the last second when a lane was closing due to construction. He clearly wasn't paying attention. I would have chalked that up to a simple mistake but then he made very rude jesters, sticking his middle finger up at me, etc. Way to represent the company truck and company, buddy."
