"Apartments with a lot of potential. Unfortunately, it is super dirty and management seems like they do not care about the property. It took 5 months to fix an issue with my refrigerator. Still no fix with my microwave and it’s been 3 months. Hallways and gym have been disgusting and dirty with stains and god knows what the whole year I have been here. The worst part is when you bring up issues to management they are always clueless and they are working with their “vendors” to fix issues. And they will more than likely reply to this bad review with “We apologize, Call us for your concerns” but it will be the same responses and excuses I’ve heard when I was living there. The front door leading to the first building has been broken for 5 months now and has not been fixed causing a safety issue for residence since normally you need a key fob to get in but it is always open now that it is broken even at 3am!!! I wonder if it’s another “vendor” issue. That should be #1 priority which is Cleanliness and Safety and unfortunately it is not. Hopefully new management can come in and make these apartments a better place to live."
"My apartment is modern with all black/stainless steel appliances, nice hard-flooring (I think vinyl planking), and modern wiring for internet. I really love the layout and the size is perfect for me. I took one star off because of the stairwells and noise. I can hear and feel the stairwell doors slam shut every time they are used. Despite letting them know the closers are not adjusted properly the problem has persisted since move-in. I had a great experience with Gabby from AT&T installing my internet. I work from home and Gabby ensured I had service installed on day 1 of my lease. Overall I’m pleased with the property. I just wish the doors and stairwells were quiet."
"I have been living in Brio for a year now, and I can honestly say that this place is not as bad as I initially thought. I decided to end my lease this year and started looking for another apartment, I faced some inconveniences. It made me realize that the grass is not always greener on the other side. Leasing consultant JEANNA was extremely helpful. She was able to arrange for us to move into another unit the very next day after we ended our lease. We were in a difficult spot, not having anywhere to go, so we're very happy that she was able to make it happen she has also tried helping us with other issues we had faced to her full power. The apartments are modern and clean. The pool is beautiful, but the stairs need cleaning. Other than that I feel like this place is not bad at all."
"I was relieved when my lease finally ended at Brio. Upon move in I was given a dirty unit that they told me I had to wait until 2:00pm for them to ensure was clean, yet at 2:00pm it visibly was not cleaned or checked as they described. There was debris everywhere and my fridge had a huge stain that I had to get out (attached). The stairwell in building 6 is DISGUSTING, and for an entire year they never cleaned it. Someone attempted to steal my catalytic converter from my vehicle and although I know it was not management’s full responsibility to ensure the safety on the property, the gate is always broken and one of the managers straight lied to my face when I asked if they have any security measures in place. I lived there for a whole year and never once saw a police or patrol car like I was told, yet in my new complex (which I am extremely happy in) I have seen a patrol car twice already in two months. There was a leak in my outdoor closet that I didn’t even use that resulted in repairs, yet the maintenance team treated my place like I was not even living there (photos of my floor after 1 hour of them walking up and down those disgusting stairs and into my unit attached). I PROVIDED shoe covers at my own expense for something that was not even my doing. I do not like to wear shoes inside, and that is why. They only after my complaint, rolled out a tarp to prevent further issue. The staff was very rude besides the lead maintenance technician. Upon move out I was then charged $240 for a full repaint of a unit I used command strips and left absolutely no damage to the walls in, that I even documented photos for the condition the unit was left in. So I am curious if they charged the previous resident the same and are just collecting money. Needless to say, but I do not recommend this complex. I moved there temporarily to save money and it became one of the worst experiences. Maybe better suited for someone with no rental history so that they have nothing to compare it to. For a “brand new” complex it has went downhill fast."
"I lived here for two years, and the photos will reinforce all the cons of the apartment complex. The only pros were the amenities (i.e., gym, pool, appliances, washing machine/dryer, and Amazon Hub). However, the Amazon hub was out the last few months living there. The apartment units are lovely, but they have thin walls. You can hear people in the hallway, stairwell, and outside. People blast music from their cars, and conversations/arguments can be heard from your household (which leads to the cops showing up). Construction occurred a lot resulting in having to turn around or find alternative roads to get to the complex. They emphasized having valet trash pick up after 8 pm. However, several times pick up occurred after 9 pm up to 1 am. In addition, the apartment sent emails about charging a $25 fee if trash or trash cans were left outside after 9 am, and several tenants disregarded their warnings. The stairwells have air conditioning which is a perk; however, you can hear people opening and closing the doors. Tenants close and open them so wide that some door hinges break or the walls end up damaged. In addition, one incident occurred where someone or an animal left a trail of feces throughout the entire staircase trapping the scent. Tenants have let trash and bedframes within the stairwell. In addition, some tenants had clothes, garbage bags, or a fire pit on their balconies. The gate would break and could not open for several months and allowing people to come in and out constantly since the apartment would have to leave it open. Parking is nearly impossible to find, and you will have to park far or outside the gates. People would block parking spots with U-Haul's and would take parking spaces for them. Lastly, I had property stolen from a second-floor unit balcony. We decided to give the apartment complex a second chance and renewed for a second year when management emphasized towing and having stickers on tenants' vehicles. However, the stickers only apply to covered parking. In addition, less than half of the cars parked had the parking sticker and people still parked in the covered lot. People do not clean after their pets. Lastly, there's a lack of communication, and they inform tenants of incidents several hours or days after they occur. They will, however, spam you with emails about rent constantly. Maintenance came into the apartment mistakenly based on a ticket submitted by another tenant. The ring alarm went off, and we allowed it to continue blaring loud noise until we arrived. We called the front office, and they refused to investigate whether one of their employees entered the unit. They instructed us to call the police. After rushing to get to the apartment, four cop cars, and one apologetic employee later was when we finally found the apartment complex's mistake. Overall, it is not worth 1200 to rent at this establishment. When we moved into our unit, rent was 1050 and each year it kept going up."
