"It’s been great for the most part going we never had issues with Dr Oliver but I’m fully convinced Dr. Gunsberg is just a bad person there’s another word I’ve used but yeah she’s terrible has no ounce of compassion doesn’t act like she cares is cold, and truly does not listen to you as a parent I get it lady you went to college for your doctor degree you still can’t treat people so badly like you know everything I’m sorry I had no idea perfection was the holy Dr. Gunsberg, seriously was okay pushing thru the few terrible interactions I’ve had with her but no more the last straw has been broken with her judge mental tone and just lack of humanity I don’t care how long you’ve been doing this these are kids and we’re just worried parents god at least act a little bit like you care, will be looking for a new primary doctor it’s just time."

"Pros: we never had an issue with same day or next day sick appointments and the referrals we received were top notch. Dr. Gunsberg is well known and respected among the specialists in town, which is nice. Cons: the wait once at the appointment was frustrating and the office is so busy (popular) that my daughter with special needs continually fell through the cracks. It got to the point where I dealt primarily with the office manager to get anything done, and even still had to stay on them like the most annoying of pests just to keep the delay as short as possible. Also, there was never any follow up or checking in after hospitalizations, ER visits, or major illnesses. The two times we scheduled a follow up appt after a hospital stay/ER visit, per our instructions, the doctor acted like we were being ridiculous and wasting their time. Because it really seems like if the primary doctor doesn’t think something is important, it’s moved to the back burner of a very busy office. So, when my daughter needed a therapy prescription renewed, it took over a month and she missed out on her last month with her beloved ECI therapists. When we needed paperwork to get her enrolled in homebound school, it took a month for the doctor to even look at it, and another month wasted on back and forths because it took 3 tries before she got the dates right. She thought it was a dumb issue, so didn’t care to double check her work any of the times they sent it back. There were several “last straws,” but when you have a kid with significant special needs, it’s tough to pick up and move, especially when they’re so responsive to sick day visits, but we finally left after the doctor fixated on a non-medical issue and missed the signs that my daughter was severely constipated. When I called a few days later begging for a referral to a GI specialist, as something was clearly very wrong, she didn’t think it was a big deal and my daughter wasn’t able to get in with the specialist for another week. And the specialist was openly disturbed that a pediatrician should miss how severe it was and that she didn’t do more to get us in faster as she was on the brink of hospitalization. So, if your kid is pretty typical and you just need easy access to sick visits, these are your people. Just try not to take the chastising you’ll get during the well visits personally - you’re a good parent, no matter what the doctor implies."

"Been taking my children here for 17 years. Dr. Gunsberg has always been professional and helpful. My daughter's both love her. Stella at the front desk is also a wonderful person. Granted, I have dealt with some rude people on the phone but the good ones certainly outweigh the bad ones."
