"Today I was greeted by a beautiful young lady who had to be the prime example of customer service and someone who really cares. She helped me sign in because the lady was busy. She was very very kind and professional and she also offered to help me in the exam room and she made the next appointments for all my grandkids so convenient scheduled. I hope to see more of her face. They other girls there are all rude everytime. We need more people like you in this world. Thank you Mari!!!!!! (I am posting this for my neighbor because she wouldn’t stop talking about this wonderful lady at the doctors office)"

"I used to go to downtown location it was awesome this location is very horrible they schedule to many people for the same time frame my appointment was at 9 was not seen until 10:30 didn’t leave location until 11 (for a physical) I scheduled months in advance …waiting area is full no seats available the last appointment I had I waited close to two hours they need to not schedule so many patients for the same time don’t recommend I am switching doctors (staff is nice it’s just the wait that is ridiculous scheduling issues)"

"3star for dr Howard shes great & nice . The place it self it needs to be cleaned and updated. Doesnt look like it gets cleaned often floor looks terrible no sanitary especially all the sick kids that go in. Staff is nice havent had problems. The wait to be seen is a while . App at 210 gir here at 200. Didnt get seen till 245. Got a room. It wasnt too busy at that"
