"This is for all the new special needs parents. Dont let them walk all over you read your policy paperwork so you are educated. Your life is now Revolved around clinic and hospitals and they will push you around sometimes because they are human we all have bad days so they will try to be jerks every once in awhile thinking you don’t know your rights . Food for thought….."
"Today I took My son to see Dr. Snyder a psychologist located in the David Goldsbury building. This was our second appt with her, knowing what loss my son and our family had endured the beginning of this year and recently having my son discharged from a hospital due to depression. I mentioned to her that I got my son a cute little dog to help him for his depression in other words emotional support and told her it helps him EMOTIONALLY wise. So I had simply asked if she would write a letter for the apartment complex we live so they can waive the pet fee which is $500. She had a change of attitude and made clear several times that she doesn't write those letters.. ok understood. Also that it hasn't been proven that a pet will help with emotional support... which in my opinion it has helped my son. So she comes out with a cold heartless somewhat of a joke remark... ("will he die without the dog!?") After knowing we lost my 10 yr old daughter this past January and my son literally just came out the hospital. Having the nerve to joke around with Death... not to mention it got pretty awkward and uncomfortable just the fact that I made it known how disturbing it was for her to go that far especially in front of my son. After that I kept my mouth shut to only find out she wasn't wanting me in the room with my son. Now for some reason my 3yr old was a distraction after being in the room for 20 minutes, so I told I wasn't going anywhere because I just asked my son if he felt comfortable me staying in or was wanting me to step out. So I stayed then tells me to put my phone up cause I was distracting her... my son through the whole time was letting out his feelings knowing it's hard for him to open up and just cause she was uncomfortable with me being in the room she wanted me to step out .. MOST DEFINITELY SHE WAS UNPROFESSIONAL A VERY BAD CASE OF BAD BEDSIDE MANNERS... SINCE THERE IS ONLY TWO PSYCHOLOGISTS IM SURE THIS WILL BE NO BIG DEAL FOR THEM.... Heads up, with Dr. Snyder"
"If I could mark zero stars I would as well. This place has gone downhill bad. My son and I waited for 4 hours in the emergency room for him to be seen and there was little to no one here when we got here at 4am. He’s in a great deal of pain with fever and still no doctor. It’s ridiculous. If I were you, don’t waste your time. Go somewhere they care to see your children and find what’s wrong and not just tell you it’s a mystery case."
"If I could do zero stars I would."
