"I hope The Lynx has changed its customer service. While we were living there between 2021 and 2022 they cancelled the leases of the tenants who were paying bimonthly, essentially evicting our neighbors. Then shortly after all those tenants left they added the Flex feature so whoever stayed could split their rent as needed. We should’ve left then because they started renovating our apartment while we were still living there. We were only a month away from moving out and they forced us to move out of our kitchen and bathrooms for weeks. It was incredibly inappropriate and unsafe. I tripped over the construction materials the renovators left laying around for days. My work from home meetings were ruined by construction noises in the background. I was lucky I was working from home because they showed up to replace our fridge without telling us and I had to stop work and unpack my whole fridge. The complex refused to reschedule the renovations for after we had moved out. When we did move they charged us $300 to replace the carpet even though replacing the carpet with feaux wood was a part of the original renovation plans."

"Been living on The Lynx for over a year now and let me tell you, this place is perfect. Everyone at the leasing office are working on demand based on residents needs. Bianca really helped me go through the application process and walked along the way to this day. Always charismatic and willing to go above and beyond. Current management team could not look any better."

"First off let me say the office staff are all very welcoming and amazing. And Stephanie is very knowledgeable when it comes to giving you information about your lease and when it comes to problems she very quick to addresses issue and efficiently. And let’s not forget the amazing maintenance staff. When work orders are submit it they are very quick to resolve the issues and they make sure it’s never a repeating issue. Apt#37103"

"Roach infested apartment. The staff doesn’t honor their 360 policy. Jessica the property manager is unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. Kayla is the only one in the office that cares, is nice and understanding. I never once got to sleep in my apartment due to the roaches. They deleted all their negative reviews from people on the same issues so their complex can seem more nicer. Their ratings should be at a 1 but they obviously tell people to leave good reviews for them. Negative experience. Poor management. Terrible apartment complex. Lack of understanding. Disgusting buildings. I only had the apartment for less than a month and it was nothing but issues. Holes in window screen, weather stripping missing, drawers that were stuck or broken, cracks all in the baseboards, mold in the bathroom & window, mold scent in the closet, window frames not even fitted. They never offered me another unit or a better building. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Worse experience ever."
