"Everything Maya Plays (previous poster) says about her mother's experience here is exactly what I am living, too. If security is a concern or you want a clean place to live with consistent management onsite, look elsewhere! To my knowledge, the current situation with the office is that Lincoln Properties (now rebranded as Willow Bridge Property Company) has someone juggling two properties across town from one another. They should be ashamed for allowing us to live in this situation for so long. The property has gone significantly down hill since I moved in seven years ago and, sadly, continues to do so."

"My mother lives here and loves the convenience and the location of her apartment, but not a day goes by that I don't hear about another manager leaving or homeless people sleeping in the shared resident areas (mailroom, laundry room, etc.) Mailboxes have been broken into, and people have been threatened while taking daily walks. A car was stolen last night and someone was knocking on doors at 4am. There is zero security and management is doing nothing to protect the residents. They keep raising the rent but not actually improving anything. Other senior complexes offer much more for the same rent. The maintenance men are being overworked and expected to clean all of the public areas on top of their usual job because they don't have a porter anymore. I could go on and on but I'll conclude by saying that we are moving her to a new complex as soon as possible."

"I was in the office today to tour a unit the leasing agent could not have been any better I was in that industry for over 20 years and she's the best I've ever seen thank you Marisol for all of your information and for being so kind I hope to be a resident very soon! The reason for the four stars instead of five is only because I am not a resident there it was immaculately kept they have a amenities to go above and beyond and I can't wait to live there!"

"Just want to thank Rick Lopez for the great job he did in our apt. When he got done painting both the bdrm and bathroom looked like new. He even caulked around the shower head. Really like the new office ladies. Easy to talk to and they really listen."
