"Had a breakdown on my vehicle 5 minutes before closing time on the night before I had to take a lengthy road trip, so I called in to see about ordering the part and have them set it outside or stay around for an extra 10 minutes after closing until I got there, and person that answered the phone insisted there was no way they could help me out. I even offered to pay them well for the bother, but no attempt was made to come up with a solution. The lack of empathy for my situation was troubling to say the least."
