"These apartments are new so of course they are nice. The lady at the office isnt. Especially a lady called Jaylen or something like that. She is rude, treats tenants horribly. She gives violation without asking you about it. When you try to talk all she says is "she doesn't care" yelling loudly. She's very unprofessional. These apartments are expensive to live in and it's like living at your parents house. She likes to humiliate people and belittle them. If I would have known I'd be living under an authoritarian community I'd never would have moved here. She said you can't have visits either. This is our home. Please consider carefully before moving here. I'd recommend you don't."

"From visiting it appears these apartments have a lot of potential but the upper management needs to do better honestly. People feel quite unsafe living here. If it is going to be advertised as luxury affordable then make it comfortable for the people living here otherwise don’t bother and invest so much in appearance if the quality of living here is not well. Bad part on the management. The noise is also unbearable, cheaply made apartments it appears."

"The outside of the property gives very much low budget , but they want to present themselves as a luxury based apartment . They’re also located on the side of town with the highest crime rate. Office Staff is very rude especially the assistant manager. She needs to have a communication skills training. They try to talk to you as if your “SLOW” I have a friend that stays in the complex so I wanted to move here but I changed my mind when I seen the inside of the complex looks like a prison & their RACIST !! Save your money & your voucher . Theirs other apartment complexes that will love our business. I went in on a Saturday and the property manager argued one of the applicants up and down , being very nasty to her I should’ve known then not to apply here !!"
