"I have been living here for 2 years and it is the first time that I feel so comfortable with the maintenance. Mr. Johnny is an excellent maintenance worker, in just one day he solves your problems and is always attentive to everything. I feel very happy to have him here with us ."
"Over many years of apt living, I just had an amazing “first” happen at this caring community! We had severe winds rip thru Monday night causing damages. The maintenance man Johnny was knocking first thing Tues am to fix them before I was even aware I had them!! That’s a caring property to come around without tenants having to report any problems and they were fixed immediately, Plus, as I’m elderly, he brought in my plants since freezing temps are coming. I’ve never lived at a property that cares about tenants like this one! The maintenance man here is one of a kind and fabulous! It’s like winning the lottery to live here!"
"Johnny in maintenance is by far the best maintenance man I’ve ever seen in all my years of apt living! He is friendly, knowledgeable, dependable and extremely helpful and makes you feel important! He is a huge plus to live here and we all know how tough it can be with poor maintenance or incompetence!! All 5 stars go to him! The office staff is friendly, as well. I love living here! Well designed apts and utilization of space, too. A great quiet respectful community!"
"In all honesty this is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived at. This place is horrible from top to bottom! To start things off the price is outrageous for the actual location of the apartment, infrastructure is horrendous, and the maintenance is of the lowest quality. Paying $1,300 for an apartment infested with rodents is horrible and I still currently live here. And I guarantee you my family and I clean every Sunday so the rodent issue is not due to cleanliness. The only reason I haven’t left because I do not want to ruin my credit. The water system always goes off for some reason and they do not even send out a mass email to warn tenants. The mailboxes are constantly being broken into. This place is a nightmare. This place is by far the worst. And the leasing office never answers their phone. Please do yourself a favor and do not move in to these apartments. I have no issue with anyone on property, leasing agents, etc. This place is just downright horrible. And the parking is horrible. It is full of hills so if you are handicapped or need assistance to move from place to place (thank goodness I do not need help) please do not choose these apartments. The customer service is atrocious. I cannot wait to move my family to an actual apartment we can call home and not some place like this. Please, I cannot stress this enough, do not move in here."
"Update, Finally got a hold of the office and was basically told my work orders went priority one month with these issues since move in date. No hot water I don't usually like posting bad reviews however if I do it's for good reason such as my place of residence conditions and tenant service. However I will always acknowledge the good. My family and myself moved in January 25, to what was supposed to be a move in ready unit, and was even listed on there website as the available date being a bit earlier. However I understand they need to spiffy up the unit and make repairs and what not. When we moved in shortly after getting our keys. The unit was far from move in ready. it was dusty pieces of trash still on the floor, our laundry door was broken and just placed there to seem it was hinged, when we opened it it literaly almost fell on one of our girls. We reported it and they sent a cleaning crew who did a lousy job. We ended up cleaning ourselves and still took out about three small trash bags of trash. Post move in mind you. The laundry door oor has yet to be fixed one month later. The microwave door was also broken it was also reported at the office along with other issues on a form they provide for us to fill out. I ended up repairing it myself with superglue. We recently discovered a leak under our kitchen sink an I submitted a work order a week ago and has yet to be reviewed. They made efforts to remodel and update the units which do look nice once your fully furnished. My only complaint about the remodel is that they cut corners lack attention to detail. they've a medicine cabinet placed 5 centimeters from our regular cabinets blocking the actual cabinet tobe opened fully as it bangs into the medicine cabinet "measurement is off". The paint I chipped throughout, and seems as if no repairs are actually made. They just paint over damages. This unit in particular has pet damage throughout the wood trimmings and borders were just painted over rather than replacing the wood panel/trim or heck even using wood putty and sanding it down before painting it. Gives a run down appearance to the unit. Tenants also do pay a $300 deposit and monthly rent for having a pet. That money definitely isn't used to repair that tenants damage. Also for being pet friendly the patio rails are a bit dangerous especially for smaller pets. Rail spacings are quite wide and very easy for a small dog to fall through those gaps. I'd suggest safer rails if your a pet friendly apartment and even gutters on apartments with patios. Occasionally patios have cleaned with water especially if pets reside there. Not being able to wash your patio especially if pets might have peed or pooped is just unhygennic. Thet transfers over to not being able to have potted plants on the patio. INSTALL GUTTERS AND STOP CUTTING CORNER'S! I'll touch base on one final thing that is the most important. I moved during a freeze. My girls room and restroom were heated nicely maybe even too much same with their water temperature. However I can't say the same about my room and restroom. My room did not heat at all and worst of all little to no hot water so I was having to shower with cold water in freezing temperatures. This has yet to be corrected! This was reported to the office in person and I was told they were only working on emergencies due to the freeze. So I guess not having hot water to shower with during a freeze is is not considered an emergency. It was a tortuous few weeks because of the freeze and failure to address this my water and heater issue. Managment is lacking inspecting units before resident moves in, attention to detail, checking the repairs of the maintenance crew, being proactive, responding to tenants on a timely manner, and follow up on work orders daily. Water shouldn't be an issue on the patio! Install gutters so we can water our plants and clean our patios without repercussions of fines or complaints or hire a professional cleaning company that that can clean and sanitize our patio biweekly. Especially if pets reside there."
