"Placed my order using the kiosk for dine in then waited. About 15mins later no food. When up to ask about where my food was. Someone there hit a wrong button on the computer. My order was missed they said sorry we will get it right out. About 5min I had my order and the manger gave us back half of the money we paid for the food. Thank you"

"I remember when McDonald's was a fast food restaurant. Now it's a hurry up and wait restaurant, as in hurry up and get their money then make them wait 20+ minutes to get their food. It used to be that when you went through the drive through, they took your order, you'd pull up to the window, hand them your money and they'd hand you your food. The whole thing took less than 5 minutes. Even when they were busy, you could get your food and be on your way quickly. Now they ask you if you're going to use the mobile app, then take your order and your money then ask you to pull ahead while your food is being made. I am sometimes waiting for 20+ minutes for my food. And as far as the mobile app goes, stop, just stop with the mobile app or have a way for people to use it without going through the drive through."

"Amazing service and food was fresh but they forgot my cheese and pickles on my big Mac and it wasn't right, now I have been waiting for nearly a week and still haven't gotten the voucher for my free sandwich."

"Very weird night they probably served 20 cars or more while we waited for our 4 burgers. They tended to take care of the drive thru customers before the people who go inside. We had to ask to make sure our food was still being made."
