"Moving into the Cottages at Terrell Hills has been such a blessing to me , after searching for months I finally landed a very reasonable price appointment which is very well kept very clean and spacious. The management was very helpful and instrumental in getting me approved in my time frame of my desired move in date. Very quiet and well kept grounds. Also, the online portal is very Helpful with all concerns making it fast and efficient. I would just like to take the time to thank all the personnel that work for the cottages for all that you’ve done for me, you’re a blessing keep up the great work I would recommend this location to anyone which by the way it’s really close to my job which was one of the main reason I was interested but after seeing all the perks of moving in I was sold merry Christmas and a happy new year to you all. Thank you so much for everything."

"My family lived here in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd story from September 2019 to September of 2022. Roaches were absolutely horrible, when we first moved in they said that extermination had already been done but every other corner had a dead roach or two, we couldn't use our stove/oven for 2-3 days after moving in because it was infested with roaches. We had mold in our main bathroom, the floors had VERY noticeable dips in them, our downstairs neighbor had her place get flooded twice due to a leak that she had already complained about and had "fixed" twice. The laundry rooms were filthy, and if you didn't constantly keep and eye on your laundry it'd end up getting stolen. It was not a quiet place at all, the fire that had happened there was set by a tenant who had just been evicted, there was also 3 separate times where someone set the dumpsters on fire. There was multiple times that the cops had been called due to fights or domestic disputes. At one point a guy died after getting into an argument with someone, the other dude he argued with showed up later on after their fight, he pulled up in his car and shot the guy while he was outside of his apartment. Also a lot of creeps and druggies liked to walk around the apartment complex at night. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone"

"Good since I moved in January 2023. I have a newly renovated apartment and must say I am more than satisfied with it and the price. Nowhere is perfect and I’m not saying they are too but must admit I have been happy with how they respond and react to requests since I have moved here. Parking lot could use some love but other than that not a bad place to start"
