"So far you have been painting for over two months and we don’t even have our numbers up for delivery. Parking is over crowded and yet they threaten to tow actual residents cars… vs guest whom aren’t paying to be here. Seen a few people doing car maintenance including oil changes IN FRONT of the apartment buildings.Trash valet is a joke. When they do show up they leave bags of trash in the middle of the road. Had a lovely time dodging one. Oh, and it’s summer but the pool is empty. You waited all during the months it was closed to work on it. And now none of your guest can enjoy it. Update:walking toward my apartment and see a mound of garbage. And didn’t need my gate key as the side gate is smashed in. Classy Update. They now don’t take your trash. They won’t announce it, but you get to come out to the same trash you paid to get rid of first thing in the morning. Unless the animals get to it. Then you have the pleasure of cleaning up busted trash… that you paid to have taken.. Second update. They changed the rent pay portal. Now it’s a 10$ service fee. This place will nickel and dime you left and right."

Work orders were always done fast and with no problem. They have an amazing maintenance team. The community is very peaceful and is near a lot of things. Judson Pointe was a great 4 years of my life. Thank you. (parking is not bad)"

"Been here going on 4 years and we love it. Community is quiet, parking is easy to find (unless you get home at 2am), and no pest issues. We’ve had few maintenance requests since move in and each was addressed within 2 days. Pool could be kept a little cleaner from leaves but with the amount of foliage around the pool I know it’s hard to keep up with. Overall great complex. Fast maintenance team, responsive front office, and quiet(for the most part) neighbors."

"Not only would I not recommend, I would highly caution anyone from renting/living here. I was mostly moved out a week prior to the end of my lease but still had plenty of belongings left behind. I showed up to collect the rest of my things and management had sent maintenance to repaint, clean, and discard the rest of my belongs…. Again, an entire week before the end of my lease when I hadn’t even turned in my keys for them to assume I was moved out early. When discussed with the front office, they could not account for my belongings and I was out hundreds of dollars to replace them and sent a final bill for an unnecessary carpet replacement and final utilities. I addressed this and was told to disregard the bill and it would be taken care of in lieu of reimbursement for my discarded belongings (that did not happen and they cannot provide me anyone’s information to properly dispute the charges). Really use caution when deciding to rent from here, not only are some of the residents concerning, but your personal belongings aren’t even safe when properly locked up in what should be the safety of your apartment."
