Reviews
"Everyone here I’ve met loves children and their job and the doctors, nurses, etc is amazing at their job."
"Let me start off my saying that the reviews don't do our doctor and his team justice. Sure, the medical office is alittle difficult to find, but that shouldn't affect the review. Dr. Gutierrez is an amazing pediatrician! This doctor knows his stuff and he knows what to look for and ask for. He talks to our daughter in such a caring way but then gets serious when talking to us. The most we have as to wait to see Dr. Gutierrez is around 5 minutes, and that's to be put in a room. Maybe we have had to wait about 10 minutes or 15 minutes for him to walk into our room, but we are understanding that he has other patients to see. Also, the nurses I've spoken too always call me that that day that I leave a message for them. There was once nurse who told me what to look out for if my baby was sick and when it was time to come in. We haven't had interactions with any other doctor that works here but Dr. Gutierrez does this place justice. I don't forsee us going anywhere else."
"I was looking for this address on a time crunch with the sun behind me.The address in on Medical;which I did not notice; but the app show you to a different side of the building that is on another street & I never heard it tell me “on the right” so I was going in circles looking for it. I found it but ended up parking on the wrong street away from the building."
"Always have a good experience here. My son has been going since birth. If you’re anti-vax they are not. They vaccinate on a timely schedule, that was the only thing that bugged me specially as a first time mom. It’s okay to be cautious. Ask questions and if you don’t want it, then you know what’s best for baby! They are kind and welcoming, as well as pretty decent on time. I’ve waited hours for my OB doctor so 30min wait or 1hr wait isn’t bad for my baby doc. His doctor has helped us greatly in times of need. So, 4 stars :) for the medical center location. As someone who is going into the medial field there is a lot of work that is done between patients as well as doctor patients ratio has been 1:1000 in some places. Doctors do a lot. NP’s do a lot. The nurses do a lot. Don’t let them mistreat you, but things take time and finding the right doctor takes time. It’s like trying to find the right shade of makeup for your skin. My son is healthy that’s all I ask."
"Wait time was about 2 hours for a wellness visit. Dr asked if I had any questions since it was the first time she'd seen my son. As a first time mom I did ask a couple questions about milestones for a 2 year old. Well she billed me an extra 60 because it was considered a focus questions. I spoke to billing and they took the charge off but I've never experienced this in my life. Will not be returning to this place. Seems like a place focused more on money than quality of care. Doctor only spent 5 minutes in the room. Why ask me if I had any questions if at the end she's seeking to bill."
