"Customer service with the intake specialist's is horrible, I inquired a month ago to see if my daughter would be a good fit for this therapy clinic and never heard back. I called to follow up with the intake forms that I sent and right away they wanted my CC info, I told them we have not been seen yet and wanted to meet in person first to see if these services would be something my daughter needs, it clear this company just wants payment right away... disappointing."

"This place can use a lot of sprucing up. The waiting room looks like a closet that is strewn with old toys, books, and pamphlets. They need to add couches, loungers, and there should be a private area for therapist to speak to the parents because they’re just doing it outside on the sidewalk and in the lobby area which is not private at all. They can also use soap in the bathrooms. They just need to hire a an organizer or decorator who will solve this issue for them."

"We started bringing our son here for speech, and the experience at the beginning was good. We switched therapists, my son preferred one over the other, and that therapist was extremely rude when she saw us. Never spoke to us when spoken to etc. Ms cat was amazing and we will miss her. Once the new year came around they charged us 200 and never told us which made my account overdraw. They normally take the money out the day of the appointment but that hasn’t been happening. They will let it build and do a large amount. When contacted they act like they have no idea what I’m talking about. We will never recommend this pace at all. I would stay far away."

"On our first visit for my daughter's evaluation, we walk in at 8am during the middle of the week, and the waiting room is full. There was no where to sit, people even waiting outside. No one at the front desk to greet people coming in, the lights were off, it just felt so unorganized and not very welcoming. It was a huge disappointment since they have good reviews on here."

"We have been to a few different centers in the last 4 years for my son. None have ever come close to PTS. I knew almost immediately that this was the place for my son from our initial evaluation, the recognition and thoughtfulness I experienced was one that told me “this is it, we found it, a good place”. My expectations have been exceeded. My son has attended school the last 2.5 years with accommodations in speech and OT but we needed more, especially to help with his AAC. His 3 therapists are the absolute best here! He goes for PT, OT and speech and each therapy he comes home having learned something new. The best part- he LOVES it. Therapy days are his FAVORITE days! If you are looking for an inclusive therapy center, look no further. This place feels like home. We are so grateful to everyone, from his therapist, to the front desk ladies, to the owner. They care about you and your kids."
