"Been here since September 2022. Since I moved in there's been problems. One it's roach infested, had no smoke alarms when I moved in, AC wasn't working it took them 2 1/2 months to fix. Water always being cut off do to water leaks that they have been trying to fix for months. Kitchen has one electrical outlet and you can only use one appliance at a time. I can't wait until my lease is up. DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR GAS TO COME SEE THIS PLACE. IT'S TRASH. Once again water is off all day for the last 3 days. Once again the water is off 8/16 for yet another water leak. They have had the plumbers out since Monday and the problem is still not fixed. The management doesn't not care. All they are worried about is getting people to sign a lease. Over charging the residence on their water bills. Moved out on 12/14/2023 still haven't received my deposit back. Of course they want me to jump through hoops just to get it back. Bit y'all not quick to get the water fix"

"Oh honey, do not even consider these apartments. They have roaches, they had shootings in the parking lot, the office staff are terrible. They let my friend and her children freeze last year during the cold front. We gave them plenty of chances to fix the heat - they wouldn't so within our legal rights we moved out."

"UPDATE FROM 5 STARS TO 2.5 STARS That henry maintenance guy has a bad attitude. Asked him a simple question and he got all flustered. Talked about it with a couple neighbors too. He pushed one of my neighbors a while back apparently. Not much done about that??. Will have to speak directly with other techs instead i refuse to have him around. Unprofessional. Jorge and david seem good. Havent seen the other guy (forgot his name) around for a while not sure if he left. Rating my experience. Front office: 5 star just depends Maintenance: 1/5 star if they have materials (Not sure why they wouldnt have what they need but whatever) Water gets shut off sometimes but it was worse in the summer when they had a bad leak, now its maybe once a month or so not too bad. Pool was closed alot last year but has been open pretty much all the time now. Pest control people they use suck so use your own stuff just in case. Make sure to lock your car, some people who left theirs open got broken into. Mail boxes get broken into sometimes i use the post office instead, so eh. Nice little events and resident interaction more. Really good location, close to everything and nice to be next to the running trail and hospital."

"Update My water was shut down for about 12 hrs, but this is a frequent thing and I’m now letting it run and there’s absolutely no hot water whatsoever on top of that look at how it’s coming out. I’ve attached a picture to this review, but there’s absolutely no clean water coming out. I’ve allowed it to run for about 15-20 minutes and it’s still coming out dirty (Updated review) I’m pretty sure after Posting this last review below I must’ve made somebody want to retaliate against me… code enforcement had been sent to my apartment last week and there were several things that needed fixing, mind you when maintenance showed up today I was in my room with the door closed because I wfh, it was stated that I had harassed him because he had asked me if I needed anything else fixed to which I replied that my bathroom drawer was broken and it’s been that way for about 3-4 years, maintenance came back 30 minutes later to fix it during my lunch break and a couple hrs later the assistant manager called me to state that I was rude to her maintenance worker and that I had harassed him. I was then told that I shouldn’t have asked him to fix anything that wasn’t on the code enforcement paperwork which made me take time away from other tenants which needed other things fixed before code enforcement comes back around. I was told that a work order needed to be placed in order to get what’s outside of code enforcement fixed. I just wanna know where in my lease does it state that I need to wait 3-4 years to have a simple drawer fixed? It was also stated that I would get a violation if anything like that occurred again. I’m so confused because I did absolutely nothing. (Older review) I wouldn’t recommend moving here, I live right up front & I used to be able to park up front up until new management took over. I’m now expected to park in the garage area in the back, usually this is where violence has occurred. There’s been a couple people that have been murdered in the garage areas. Since living here there’s been a lot of shootings, and there’s always cops at the complex. Just yesterday when leaving my car parked up front they tried towing it, and after explaining to management that I had a biopsy scheduled that morning & because they almost towed my car I could’ve missed my appointment they got extremely rude, and were insensitive to the issue at hand. I’m a single woman & feel extremely unsafe parking in the garage area, I have made this known several times. My tires have been slashed, my car has been keyed, I have woken up to trash being dumped on it& yet there’s no cameras. People move out often because of how unsafe it is. Also when bringing up how if residents are required to park in The garage area during business hrs, then management should have to follow those same rules please tell me how it’s okay for the manager to continue parking up front, but yet if you live up front like me your still expected to park in the back area where it’s unsafe? Please make it make sense."

"David has been extremely helpful from the start. Always found solutions when the front office staff beat around the bush. When I have work orders he goes the extra mile with fixing the little things in my unit. Very genuine and sincere. Even helps me out with throwing my trash when he sees me around. Thank you David!! As for the front office. I’ve decided to remove my comment about them (2 of em specifically ) and will make a separate review just for them in detail as well as my experience and the experience of other residents :)"
