"Isai the new assistant manager is a great help. He helped me out immediately and on the spot with renewing my lease, previous manager never got back to me or sent an email on renewing. As far as the apartment themselves, there are some decent apartments here. Some better than others, it can be a bit or miss considering this is a old complex but no complaints on my end so far."

"The person who owns the apartment is absolutely incompetent selecting workers in the office to do anything accurately. The desperation is merely shown by how many replacements of helpers they made. They always hire novice level workers to commit service in the apartment always leaving things unfinished. They have multiple health hazards on AC to unclean and unfunctional dishwasher. They have high demands on anyone who comes live here yet never go the extra mile for anyone else. They are lazy and lousy and are now transferring payments to online so they can charge us ridiculously extra. Horrible service. Horrible quality. Anyone who lives here can easily sign a form as witness of this bad service which could legally bring down the owner of this complex. Do no bring your children here for there is alot of drug addicts and uncivilized non apartment owners coming and going."

"I moved into my one bedroom in February this year. It's mostly quiet. A good mix of people. The maintenance team is quick to respond to requests. The only thing that was off was the pool being closed after work, on holidays and weekends. The tenants should do a better job of picking up after themselves though."

"ALL 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE DIRECTLY FROM THE OFFICE. Me and my roommate have lived here for over a year now, and have seen 3 different management companies give up on this complex. Some neighbors accurately describe how bad the mismanagement is, and some make up racial crimes, shootings, and surveys. We have had to personally fix every problem with our unit, until this recent company came. We now have a 'working' AC unit, we just need them to finally get an electrician to fix the Fuze box so it stops trying to set our apartment on fire."
