"I lived here from June 2022-June 2023. The only reason I didn't leave 5 stars is the BBQ pits sucked, the pools weren't as clean as they should be, the splash pad never worked and the fitness center was closed or the equipment didn't work properly."

"Unfortunately I can’t give 0 stars and leave a review so I guess I’ll give a 1. The only good thing about this place is the option to sign up to pay your rent by payment plan instead of all at once, but if you want somewhere where you can actually live and be even semi happy… it’s not here. In the short time I lived here the water got shut off atleast 4x without any notice, and we’re not talking for an hour, I’m taking 6-8 for one and even longer the first time it happened. The “amenities” you’re told about aren’t even a thing… The pool… disgusting and doesn’t open… even if it did open I wouldn’t believe it was clean enough to swim in so I guess it’s good they don’t waste their time. The gym I’m not sure ever was open, and same with the promised laundry room. Half of the mail boxes you can’t even pick up your mail at the apartments you have to go somewhere off fredricksberg road to pick up because they got broken into and never fixed. You can’t make maintenance request online you have to go into the office and half the time, I’m assuming they don’t actually submit anything because maintenance never shows up. My AC until leaked through the floor and the wall into my kitchen multiple times, molded the floor baseboard and I had to just live with towels on my floor for about 3 weeks until I went into the office upset and they finally came out, fixed the AC but not the molded baseboard. Under my bathroom sink was collapsed in and looked moldy.. nothing was done. Oh and there are BUGS. German roaches… do your research on German roaches and you’ll know this isn’t the place you want to stay. Even after bombing our unit 3x they were still EVERYWHERE, I’ve woken up with them crawling up the wall next to my bed, and my boyfriend even had woken up and seen on in the bed. They scale the roof, the walls, they are EVERYWHERE. When asking another tenant if they had the same problem I was told “everybody here has bugs, better get used to it.” The only people in the office that were semi helpful got fired I’m assuming, because they were there one day and gone the next.. a don’t get me started on the complex manager. The dog park is pathetic, it’s a small gated area(gated are broken and don’t close) with gravel and a TON on dog poop, no one cleans up after their pets.. it’s unsanitary. There is a lot of car break ins, and broken glass all over the property on the sidewalks and in the parking lot."

"Wanted to get an apartment close to work and with rent at an all time high, I was surprised to find Valencia. I moved in earlier this month and I'm in love with my apartment! Verenise was very helpful and made the process easy for me. I appreciated that she communicated around my busy schedule. She really went above and beyond for me! I'm recommending these apartments because her customer service alone is great! Really happy with my decision."

"This place doesn't deserve any stars because it's an absolute joke!!! The manager CONNIE is so rude and disrespectful!!! We've been here since September and it has been one nightmare after another!!! There was a large RAT in our apartment, there was no caulking around the base boards in the entire apartment, the dishwasher was not anchored properly, we had to put plywood under our refrigerator so that it wouldn't lean forward, the paint is peeling, the kitchen light half works, and when my husband talked to them about it CONNIE (management) told him that if we weren't happy we could give our keys back!!! Then she sent us eviction papers!! CONNIE (everyone in the office) also refuses to give us the number to corporate!"
