"Really happy with my new apartment. I'm the first one to live in the unit since the renovation. Granite countertops, new appliances, gas stove, new light fixtures, new floors. They also just completely renovated the pool. Lindsay is very responsive to texts and emails and always makes sure you are satisfied."

"DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! This place used to be kind of okay until they switched management. Management is non existent, but they’ll still try to get you to pay bills you’ve already paid. Not to mention the serious MOLD problem here that made me and everyone I brought over sick. Forget getting your security deposit back, this place is a SCAM!!"

"When I first moved here, it was a great price in a great location and a roof over my head. But then I realized there were many bugs/roaches, and they never sprayed when they were supposed to. Then every time I did laundry, most machines were broken and the laundry room was definitely unsanitary. When you park your car every day, you will see the trash overflowing everywhere. And finally, not only was I warned that I wouldn't receive my security deposit back, but then I actually didn't receive my security deposit, because they said I never paid one, when I most certainly did (with different owners.) DO NOT RENT HERE. You will be happier somewhere else. ALSO, THEY RAISE YOUR RENT EACH TIME YOU TRY TO RENEW YOUR LEASE, and its not worth extra money."

"Bad experience with manager , owner, maintenance They have mold growing in AC units. I moved cuz would not admit it was mold and make corrections. Feel bad for anyone who would risk their health to stay there."
