"I have been at the Atlee for a year now and although management has changed I had my car broken into due to gates being broken several times throughout my lease. My car was ransacked and a tool was used to access with me parked inside the complex up front by a handicap parking. Overall maintenance is diligent and appreciated."

"I loved living at the Atlee.. before management changed. I moved out 2 months ago and they have been withholding my deposit with no communication back to me. Management is absolutely terrible, probably the worst at any place I’ve ever lived. Texas Property Code Sec. 92.109 indicates that landlords cannot refuse to return the deposit without a valid reason."

"The only convenient aspect of the Atlee is its location close to Trinity campus. Although management has changed hands a couple times, the current management is no better than the last. Previous management was extremely difficult to work with and it took a tremendous amount of effort to get them to respond to a roach infestation, a AC malfunction that wasn’t repaired for months, and a call to the “emergency” maintenance line for water pouring from the ceiling wasn’t responded to in over 24 hours. Current management has been withholding my security deposit for over 3 months without reason while I inquire weekly, leaving me to resort to legal action. Phone calls are mostly ignored. Very disappointed with my experience and would not recommend the Atlee."
