"The apartments aren't new. I get it. With that, comes many issues over time. I was allowed to install my own cameras. I see a lot that maybe the manager and the owner don't always see. I reported ppl dumping garbage and leaving garbage bags laying around. I've had my sink backed up twice but it was taken care of in a timely manner. Issues with my a/c, stove and fridge. It did take a few days due to parts being ordered but all got resolved. I've also had issues with top neighbors. I provided proof with every complaint which was needed before proceeding in resolving the issue. Over all my experience and interactions with Josh have been good. He's respectful and addresses my concerns."

To have his tenants like this and not even care about it..I mean who does that...the owner must be told something and get in trouble...I mean I love to take showers everyday, I don't know about him....please do something about this...."

"This place is garbage. Literally. The dumpster is always filled and has garbage heaps piled around it. There is trash constantly laying about the property. As if the other residents see it as a landfill. The parking situation is horrific. I have been towed twice in a month due to misunderstandings when parking is difficult to find. The children run amok and are destructive. Bikes, scooters and broken toys litter the area. The neighbors make absurdly amounts of loud noise at all hours. It is like being in the ghetto overall. I stay by my review. Still no visitors parking and litter is still abundant. Broken toys and scooters litter the area. When I visit my family I encourage them to leave this roach infested dump that is a so called home"

The Call The Cop’s On You When You Go In Asking When Things Will Be Done . Our Water Heater Caught Fire The Whole Apartment Complex Didn’t Have Hot Water For Almost Two Weeks . I’ve Asked For My Bored To The Ac Be Replaced Because It Been Full Of Water & Cause Mold . I Got Told No There’s Other Important Thing’s . That I’d Have To Wait . THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! I Repeat DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!"
