"After nearly 8 months of requesting assistance from Management re the roach infestation we were battling with traps, sprays, and other misc. efforts to remove the pests we decided it was in our best interest to move out and heavily poison all of our belongings to prevent moving the problem with us into our new home. The management ignores requests for assistance with roaches, as if it's something normal that should just be lived with. On a separate note, when we were in the process of moving and still had some boxes packed and needing to be transported to our new home, management staff entered our unit and rooted through our sealed boxes looking for valuables, of which they took whatever they wanted. After calling the police to report the crime, we simply asked that our belongings be returned and they refused. We are now pressing charges and filing a lawsuit against the property. This property is not worth your time or interest. A cardboard box would be better!"

"Everything was perfect until these neighbors started making noise, it’s incredible that everyday around 11 and 12 PM and 2 and 3 AM on weekends, the people from this apartment makes a lot of noise, they are shouting, laughing, etc. without any consideration for their neighbors. I have to say that the management were very interested in my issue and really helped me, they talked with the neighbors and since almost a month we hadn't had more noise. I really appreciate the help of the staff in this matter."

"My experience over 3 years have been great & maintenance is excellent with requests. Regardless I would advise people to double check the bills charged, be careful with car security/valuables (break ins have happened but are inevitable) & besides one bad encounter with a manager about a charge issue, everyone in the staff has been wonderful. I would recommend to anyone who are first time apartment renters."

"Travis did an excellent job fixing what was left horribly undone by the plumbers. The plumber took several hours to do a very simple job then didn't even complete it! Travis quickly and kindly took to finishing the repairs. He was courteous and kind, and followed the request to call me before entering. My only real complaint about being here is that the loose cats are starting to get a little out of control. People need to have better control of their animals. We always pick up after our dog, but it seems other animal owners out here could care less about the problems their animals could cause for others. The staff are all wonderful, friendly, and helpful and MOST of the neighbors are great people! We could use a locked community garden (and whoever they hired to do the "improved landscaping" was a bloody joke), but this is a great and quiet place to live."
