"Kelly Apartments it's a great place to live. I have lived here since 2011. I have started a family here i move with my wife with no kids. Now we have four kids we love this place our kids play outside on there bikes. We love going out to eat we go to san luis cafe for breakfast, Bill Miller's for lunch jack in the box, Oscar all this places are less then a mile away. If your interested in this place you should at less take a look or come by ."
