"I've been a resident at Landera for several years. I just want to give a thank you to the staff and maintenance team for the great job they do. They are the main reason I continue to stay here. They are always professional, helpful. They have made me feel at home here. Thank you for caring about our little community."
"I am going on my 3rd year living here. Carlos and Ernesto are awesome! They have responded to my every request in 24 to 48 hours during the week. The ladies in the front office are awesome. They are friendly and always have a kind word for me when I go in. My apartment is lovely. I have a large master bedroom and a roomy balcony. My building neighbors and I take care of each other. We are a small family. The community is pretty. The pool is wonderfully cool in the summer and obvioulsy has leaves in it because it is surrounded by gorgeous trees. I am glad I found this place. This apartment. This home. I plan on staying. You should come take a look. You may find your home."
"I’m going on my sixth year. I love this complex and area. Ernesto and Carlos are the best. The best maintenance duo ever. Everyone in the front office is awesome. Landera doesn’t feel like a place to stay for a lease, it feels like home. Thank y’all!"
"Our experience was not the best, it started from the day we moved in. While signing our lease they had a new employee TRY to explain what we were signing… I definitely think they should have someone who knows what they are doing explain legal documents. We turned in our move in form full of concerns and none of them were ever addressed. We have 3 small children so the mold in the vents (hallway, master bedroom, kitchen and main bathroom), the main shower not working, a/c vent in the master bedroom blowing air in the opposite direction would have been things they would have been able to fix or at least acknowledged. I personally called multiple times within our first couple of weeks living there to get some sort of an answer about the concerns and nooooothing just “ok I’ll tell maintenance”. One of our ongoing issues was parking! Tons of vehicles that either didn’t work or just were never moved consumed the bulk of the parking. We started to notice that a tenet was selling cars, so they would bring multiple cars at a time and they would just stay parked until they were purchased (I saw for myself, people coming, looking at cars and purchasing them). Lots of people would just hang out in the parking lot drinking and blasting music at very inconvenient times. We also had a neighbor that would park so close to us that we were not able to get in our vehicles. (we reported multiple times to the office and all they would say was “we will talk to them”)….. nothing ever happened. One of the most annoying issues we had was the online portal….. we had so much trouble paying on the site and the office was no help at all and they were even aware of how much help they weren’t. They never offered to assist just told us we could pay by money order (such a tedious thing to do). The pool was always dirty! Or closed to be clean…… which seems like a joke since it was always gross. The people they hired to clean the property would just make a mess of our patio, my plants would be knocked down and they would blow all kinds of dirty and leafs back into our patio. During our move out we did leave a few things in the apartment and some chalk on the patio fence. Nothing major! We turned in keys and went about our lives. We received no call, email, or physical mail from the office for 3 months. One day I get a call to my place of work from a debt collector stating we had a balance with Landera that they were trying to collect. I was extremely upset considering this is the first in hearing of the balance and it had made it all the way to a debt collector without me having the option to pay it prior. After doing some digging Landera did try to reach out via postal service but sent it to the wrong address (Error on the office. They mistyped the address in their system) the office had to retract the claim from the debt collector. The balance they were claiming we owed was Ridiculous!!!!!!! They charged us $200 for power washing the chalk off of the fence…… that was just one of the few outrageous fees we were charged. I highly do NOT recommend moving to this property. I have been a renter for over 5 years and this was the worst experiences I’ve had."
"If i could give it a 0 i would. I had to pay to move couldt last more than 3 months it was horrible 1)The pool is always dirty 2)the apartments are ugly 3)small bedrooms 4)the “master bedroom” doesnt have a door to divided the room from the restroom 5)they would fine you for ANYTHING 6)The pictures they have in their page are not real it looks nothing like it. 7) the laundry machines don’t work 8)its so expensive for such a cheap place"
