"DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! I tried to rent here, cuz I thought it was a cute place boy was I wrong. The manager Maria gave me certain prices with a move in special and that my boxers were good. I even looked online and made sure boxers are not on there list of aggressive breeds! So I went and toured the apartment with Linda. And she was so clueless, she gave me all the wrong information.. everything was high priced and wrong. She showed me the wrong layout everything… when I double checked with her on my dogs she was oh I don’t know. You’re gonna have to talk to Maria. Well the following business day I called back up there and spoke to Maria the manager and she lied to me .. told me that they don’t accept boxers. Completely refused me. Idk if it’s because I’m lesbian and you don’t want me renting from yall but you clearly didn’t deny me because of the dogs. Because boxers are not aggressive! A week later, Linda called and acted like I wanted to go look at the place again and I told her I would be putting this report on there and that they lied. Both of them. She didn’t know what to say, and kept telling me she would have Maria call me. I will not rent from them with all the lies going back and forth.. and I will not recommend to anyone either. Negative stars!!!!"

"I’ve been living here for a little while now and let me just say they are great. There maintenance man are there for any problem small or big. And Mrs Maria is always helpful and professional. Nice quiet little place if that’s what your looking for. There not like other apartments there actually keep up with the pool and have it open almost always."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE I promise you will regret it. Infested with roaches and they COMMIT FRAUD. I stayed for a year and left the apartment in great condition other than damage on a part of the carpet which they kept my $900 deposit for and my pet deposits ($600) and a year later sent a notice to collections for a list of things that had nothing to do with me. Beware they are scammers and will steal your deposit and try to ruin your credit. Your better off across the street at the other complexes! Avoid the roaches, fraud, and tarnishing of your hard earned credit!"

"I lived in these apartments for 13 years, a few months ago I moved back to Michigan to help a family member. I am now moving back to San Antonio and back to St. Moritz. I love it there and cannot imagine living anywhere else. The staff are amazing and have become close as Family to me. It is an older complex, so there are bound to be needed repairs here and there, but the maintenance guys are on it! The grounds are always clean and kept up. I cant wait to come "Home"."

"I have lived here now since 2015. I have lived in a one bedroom, studio, and 2 bedroom here at the Villas. No issues with any of the moves. I use AT&T internet and CPS for energy. When I first moved in the management kinda sucked but then we got Tina and Maria. Tina and Maria are awesome for those of us who know how to read our leases. The only issues I've learned were from neighbors upset they didn't know we have to give a 2 months notice. I have never had issues with crime: theft or otherwise and I feel safe in this neighborhood. These apartments are older so noisy neighbors be noisy. If everyone was considerate then this place would be amazing unfortunately you more than likely will hear your neighbors fights or s-xcapades due to the age of the walls. Pic was from moving day into studio...mind the mess. Maintenance is very friendly and helpful even when you call them via the hotline for the weekend. You might have to follow up on requests because the phone/email system sometimes doesn't cycle through."
