"I highly do not recommend staying here I would have been left a review but the office management is so terrible that I was scared of being falsely kicked out and blacked balled from being able to rent from anywhere else well my experience staying here started off good until they didn’t want to fix the anything anymore like the upstairs bathroom sink and air conditioner,the downstairs toilet and air conditioner the situation got so bad that the ceiling in the bathroom caved in and the window downstairs had even got broken because of someone throwing rocks at the window it took these people months just to fix it and while I stayed here I even got a false lease violations of things I wasn’t doing I even had to call the police while here cause of a stranger coming to my home with a gun threatening me Laura is very disrespectful and has told the other apartments I tried renting from false information so they wouldn’t rent to me and she would make threats to have me kicked out for things I didn’t do and on top of that the mailboxes always got broken into and they didn’t do anything I tried to renew my lease but was told no my apartment was already rented out and I even tried to rent the three bedroom apartment but was lied to and was told they didn’t have any available and they actually have some available but when I asked when will they be available the woman hung up on me"

"Management is wonderful, maintenance men are great. It's just the people that live out here. This current management is really doing their best to turn this place around. I am happy with many of the improvements and updates around the property."

"It may not be a brand new complex in Wilderness Oaks or Alamo Ranch, but I give it 5 out of 5 for what it is, I can honestly say I love living here. I've only been here one month so far, but coming from owning homes for 6+ years and then suddenly being thrown into renting again, I can say I already feel more at home here than any apartment I ever lived in back in my early 20's; The units feel homey, it's the only way I can describe it. There are mature, beautiful BIG trees surrounding the property with purple and pink blossoms (sounds silly but I think they're beautiful) so it's really shaded, the complex is small and quiet, the patios are really unique and tall brick on the floor units which is super reassuring for privacy, and have a covered gate out to the park-type area which is so convenient when you have dogs to walk. So far it seems like everyone picks up after their pets which is a relief, and everyone seems super friendly. The school bus drops the kids off right inside the complex so my son barely has to walk to get home, and the Oakdell / Danny Kaye area in general feels tucked away almost and cozy. The only issue I had with my particular side of the complex was trash being dumped in front of my unit and in my parking spot (which is a tenant issue anyway, not the complex) but the I mentioned it to the maintenance man, Ruben, and he was right on it. He is so helpful and kind and fixes things right away and never acts annoyed or bothered by any request. Leticia in the office is amazing also, always a big smile on her face and so welcoming. I was absolutely dreading this move, my son and I just coming out of a divorce situation and essentially losing everything in the process; yet everyone here made it so simple and I felt very accommodated. Not to mention I was approved and move-in ready in one day! The stress I was having was really toned down by how easy they made it to move in. Plus, they gave me a July move in special even though I moved in in June! I feel so good about moving here, and my son is happy too. I honestly didn't think I'd feel "at home" again for a long time, and I'm grateful to have found this place."

"I do believe it is time for a more recent review. I love this place. It is affordable and maintenance has been able to answer all my issues with the unit. The leasing consultant, Leticia, is incredibly accessible. I've lived here for almost a year and I have loved it and don't quite feel like moving out any time soon."
