"Parque de Oro is a lower rent option for the community. The units are basic, with solid flooring. Parking is easy and plentiful. The grounds are clean. I give such a high review for Parque de Oro because the management team and maintenance crew are surely one of the finest in San Antonio. I say this because I have been looking for a larger place to live for about six months. Many leasing offices are hard to reach, don’t answer their phones, can’t remember that they have an online appointment set up with you, act like it’s inconvenient to show an apartment, throw in expensive extra fees and get mad if you complain about it. Some do not answer emails. Never once has the Parque de Oro team been unavailable, or unreachable to us while living here. When I have a request for maintenance I am almost immediately tended to. Ray, the very skilled maintenance man, is cool, polite, and professional. The ladies at the office are efficient and always answer the phone. They communicate clearly. They know the rules well, and expect, plus enforce the following of them. And, they really do wish the best experience for their tenants. I appreciate their professionalism and fairness very much. They happily came to visit each one of us over the holidays. So unexpected, and I appreciated so much! We are moving, but want the staff to know we are incredibly grateful for them."

"I recently leased an apartment here and it has been better than I could have imagined. The unit is spacious and clean the property is well maintained and secure. It has been quiet and very pleasant. My whole family loves it here. The property management team is incredible as well! Rebecca and Lydia are amazing! I would definitely recommend living here!"

"I lived there for a year and everything is Ok. my main issue was when I left. Turn in keys with apartment looking sparkles and they don't want to give me back my full deposit, they didn't provide the exact paint and want to charge me. I understand it is my responsibility to provide the apartment back to them in good conditions. In fact, the apartment was left in better condition than received… however it is managements responsibility to ensure they are providing tenants accurate information in order to prevent move out charges from happening."

"New tenant. Move-in was hassle free. No application fee and reduced security deposit. Apartment was Made-Ready. Our two bedroom one bath apartment is spacious. Love the walk in closet and vanity in the master bedroom. Neighbors are all courteous and it is peaceful here. Such a nice change from where we had been living."
