"Anissa is gone sadly now there’s another new manager she walks into ur house whenever I don’t understand why you would need too what if one of my 4 teenager my children are free-balling around in there underwear or I’m naked or something ……very rude !! Doesn’t matter the case & is very uptight /Nosey and they shut off the water 4-5 times in 1 month because of pipe issues don’t waste your time here !"

"I honestly love my community. The staff is attentive to problems and even does events around holidays for all residents. They even got a dedicated dog park for our furry family members. A park and playground for the children. $0 pet deposit. Living wise, walls arent too thin but you gotta be making noise to really be heard. Sometimes you might hear hard footsteps from another apartment. These apartments offer free wifi and for someone who games alot on my free time, it holds up lol. Maintenance is super friendly! Chill guy, helped me out even w my car before. Most residents along with myself like to keep the area clean. Some people might be discouraged but i feel real comfortable here. Plus everything you need is either 15 min or less away. Traffic is convenient with the bigger known streets & highways 5 min away. Crime here is low. Around 4-5 months ago we had a problem with car break ins but its went away. No one here is wild if you know what i mean. Overall, if youre a first time renter like myself. Cabana apartments are a really good choice. Lady in the office is nice to you even after signing the lease lol. Nah but fr, its a good community man. Youre away from all the nonsense & homeless on zarzamora and fredericksburg."

"The manager is always Nice and helpful, maintenance gets fixed pretty fast compared to other apartments, the neighbors pretty much stay to themselves. They work with you on rent payments if you’re having a hard time, they do really nice events for the kids during the holidays (pre-covid). We’ve been here for a few years and have never had any crazy issues here at these apartments."
