"This place is dirty and i have a family member living here and the apartment is infested with roaches, they are crawling on the walls and all over the stove, refrigerator, and coming out of the cabinets. This is unacceptable City Management! these people are paying with their social security and retirement. Maybe the san antonio officials should live here and see how they like it! Just Fix It Now!
