"A decent place depending on which building you get. A few of the buildings had flood damage in the middle of 2022 residents were without water for months due to busted pipes. April - May 2023 has been without hot water due to an old boiler. These apartments are on the verge of condemning. The previous manager was hard to get a hold of and the new one isn't very friendly."

"It takes forever for anything to get fixed. Either someone shows months later or someone shows one and never returns. But they are sure quick to ask for the rent. Dont rent here, its an insult to be paying $1000+ a month for this poor condition of apartments."

"Air conditioning hasn’t worked for 2 months. It happens every summer. My oven doesn’t work. You have to fill a bucket with water to flush the toilet. The management company ignores all repairs. Which this management company has a long history of when reading their reviews. Our water bills are hitting 60-100 dollars a month and there is no way anyone is using that much water. They don’t return your calls either."

"They dont fix anything here and will flat out ignore your requests for repairs. No management on site period. Random water shutoffs without notice. Not to mention passing off fees that the owners are responsible for to the tenants. Watch your vehicles when leaving them here overnight, there have been several break ins. There are other issues but those are common issues that can't be controlled. Just another quintessential, run of the mill, spared EVERY expense building the property yet bleeding the tenants dry apartment complex. For the price, you can do better."

"Management nice but Owners are cheapskates. Took a month to get security lights fixed, pool is dark too since light in it has not been repaired in two years Everything just patched up and low end flooring/fixtures. yup, u get what u pay for. upside is most neighbors normal and they r roomy apartments. If u r used to 24 hr mtc and fancy accomidations, this is not the place for u. if u r getto this is an improvement."
