"UPDATE: DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I REPEAT DO NOT FALL FOR THE PRICE!!! Moved here in October 2023. They do not offer ways for you to pay rent without $5-8 service fees. Thats minimum $60 extra just for you to pay rent. Requests for maintenance since I've moved in are repeatedly marked completed when they aren't and I still have requests that havent been fixed since I moved in. My car was broken into and I found out after signing, through neighbors, that it happens quite often on this property, (this of course was not disclosed by leasing). There have been water issues every week where it is shut off or there's no hot water. You have to call and request for pest control every month even though you're being charged every month. Mind you all of this has happened and I've only been here 7 weeks which is sad because this property has the potential to be great but its not. Just moved to this property over the weekend and it would not have happened without Georgia. She was kind, patient and thorough. She answered every question I had and communicated throughout the entire application process. The apts are in a good area, can't beat the sq footage and I took advantage of the move in special. Im looking forward to my time here! Stay tuned."

"Now that I've been here over a month I can confidently say that I love it. The management team has been wonderful, maintenance knows what they're doing, and the unit I'm in is fantastic. I haven't had any problems with neighbors or appliances since moving in and any questions I've had, have been responded to professionally by Cassandra. If you're looking for a place to live the team here will take care of you."

"BEWARE OF THIS APARTMENTS!!! Please stay away from this apartments guys. I was a recent resident here and trust me this is one of the worst around. The rent seems like pretty low, but every month they charge you something extra. And the maintenance is the worst. They did not even provide us our mail keys for almost 3 months. They use to give some kind of excuse every time. The day we moved in there were roaches. The dishwasher wasn’t even in the working condition. A lot of repairs in the very first week. When we call the maintenance no response at all. I still have the photos of the apartment from the day we moved in. We’ve put up with everything. And now after we’ve moved out of the apartments, they sent a move out charge notice. We paid security deposit fee too. These guys are a total Scam. There are a lot more better apartments around this area."
