"I love the staff at the Vue. They are very kind and truly care. I can tell they love working here. It shows throught their work ethic. Gary who is in charge of maintenance is always on top of things, and very, very helpful. He always goes the extra mile, which is rare. Tracie the manager is so caring and patient. She makes you feel at home, and takes the time to listen to you. Then there is Jaden who is always lending a helping hand and goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care of here. The apartments are beautiful as well, not to mention the amazing sunset I get to see everyday with my amazing VUE...view!"

"I try to never leave bad reviews. I feel that it's mean and everyone has off days. THIS review, however, I DO mean to leave because I have never experienced anything worse than I have with the management at the VUE. I can overlook the stained carpets and inconsistent elevators. I can overlook the trash and mess and loudness that come from the frequent air bnb guests. BUT, what I can NOT overlook is the terrible treatment of residents. I have lived at the Vue for 10 months. In the past month the following things have occurred: 1. My car being broken into in a locked garage. Many items destroyed and stolen. Once I alerted mgmt, nothing was done. Not to mention, there are cameras in the garage, but after the break-in, I was alerted that the cameras DON'T RECORD. What on earth then could be the point of having them. Get a window at that point...just as effective. 2. My car has been towed 3 TIMES. Yes, 3 times. It is unfathomable to me the lack of responsibility one manager could have for her residents. Each morning that I have gone to the garage and parking lots and ran around circling and circling questioning my own sanity to where my car is parked. It is so unfair. 3. Packages. I have to fight to receive packages. I have to follow up on all tracking only to be told by mgmt that it my items were never delivered. After a week of nonstop calling and tracking, mgmt FINALLY gave me my pkg that was delivered 10 days previously. It stressed out my family greatly because it was a Christmas gift that could not be replaced and mgmt showed no care at all. There was also an extremely sensitive situation I had to alert mgmt to regarding my personal safety and the manager would not even look up from her computer when I was informing her of this extremely dangerous and delicate matter. Even the police were shocked at their lack of investment in the situation. Until a new manager takes over, please, please DO NOT MOVE HERE because you will be treated terribly. I have a groupchat with a few neighbors and the things I hear from them and their individual experiences are also shameful. I ask very little of my apartment mgmt and I am appalled at the damage they have done and allowed to happen."

"This apartment is my daily retreat. I love the unmatched views of both sunrise and sunset everyday. It offers a serene escape, making me reconsider vacations as living here feels like a continuous getaway. The pool is also really nice and adds an extra touch of luxury to the overall experience. The reserved parking adds to the ease of everyday living. The management - Tracie is impressively fast and genuinely kind, adding efficiency and warmth. Other residents are also super nice. It's more than a place; it's a tranquil sanctuary with views that make living here really awesome."

"I moved here in February and this place is amazing. The staff is friendly and they treat you like family. From the private assigned parking, security, location location and well equipped upscale units that include a wine refrigerator and air fryer you’ll feel like you’re being catered to every day. Highly recommend! Ask for Liz she will take care ok you."

"The staff are great people. Staff always have a cheerful attitude and excellent at customer service. I want to give special thanks to Property Manager Ms. Elizabeth Vargas and Gary the Maintenance worker not only for keeping our environment safe and clean but also job well done for taking the initiative of addressing my immediate concern regarding a leak in my apartment.
