"I've been living there for almost 2 years and needs some improvements such as yard work landscaping. Too many homeless brake into the units to squander and live there rent free . Lots of drug and violence here . Laundry facilities need to be renovated plus lots of stray animals around."

"Do not rent from these apartments. The apartments will overcharge you on water and tell you that is from the company which it is not because you get a bill every month. And it water company shows you the amount that they're charged you. They have a vacancy problem also. So many homeless people break into the apartments and live there. Management does not do anything about it. Then they have cockroaches that just take over everything in your apartment."

"Leasing agent lady is one of thee rudes ladies I've ever talked to at any apartment complex. Will definitely be reaching out to San Antonio Housing Authority to let them know how this lady is treating people. I felt as if I was being discriminated for my race and how i was dressed. Very unprofessional lady working behind the desk as soon as you walk in the office door. By all means this lady needs to be given a course in customer service number one. Number two if she doesn't like her job she shouldn't take it out on the tenants nor any person for that being. Very unprofessional and Rude lady. I will get her name and update my review at a later time. If we don't speak up nobody will listen and this lady will continue to treat people like garbage, cause that's literally how i was treated.
