"If I could rate cook children’s 500 stars I would. We took our 9 month old to Dr. Christman for 3 separate issues, from the moment we walked in we were treated with the upmost respect and everyone was so kind. Dr. Christman was incredibly nice and addressed all my concerns instead of dismissing them as providers in the past have. Day of the surgery we got in on time, were in contact with the surgery staff throughout the procedure receiving updates, Dr. Christman came out to talk to us directly and even called the next day to check in on my son to see how he was doing. As a first time mom scared of her baby having 3 surgeries all in one the staff and Doctor eased every stress and fear I had and treated my son as if he was their own. I will ALWAYS go to Cooks for anything we need."

"I’ve called this place multiple times in order to get my sons circumcision done as per his pediatrician. She has sent multiple referrals and we have yet to schedule an appointment. It’s been 4 months, every time I call, the staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. (Caitlin) I just tried for the last time and was hung up on 3 times. I have been nothing but nice and patient every time I call. As of now I will not be going through Cooks Children’s due to how poorly we’ve been treated this whole time. EVERY time I’ve called they have been rude. I’m just trying to get the care my son needs and they hang up on me and always have an attitude. I will not recommend this place to anyone and will make a further drive to Dallas to make sure my son is taken care of. I would’ve given no stars if I could have."

"From the moment we walked in the door, the entire staff was caring and loving in the way they treated my two year old. The nurse that took is back, shantay , was so great with my daughter and went above an beyond with how she spoke to her. Kayla Bright not only was thorough with us as parents, but also communicated with my daughter and son in a way they could understand. She checked past test results and asked so many questions to get to the root of the problem. Even after seeing typical potty training issues, she still went ahead to check ultrasounds, do x-rays, etc to be sure we weren't missing anything. Elizabeth checked us into the imaging area to get an x-ray today. She was kind, polite, and quick. She made sure I had emergency contacts listed and reviewed previous information to make sure everything was correct. James took us back to get the x-ray. He was kind and helped is get the x-ray done quickly. He was pleasant to talk to as well as professional. Tammy up front helped me get forms to have a cd of the x-rays. Overall, I appreciated everyone's professional and kind attitudes as well as their upbeat smiles for my children. We had a great experience and we are glad to have met each professional along the way."

"The professionalism and care that myself and my child receive here is 1 in a million! From scheduling the appointment to leaving the office we were treated with compassion, care and kindness. They were truly interested in the well being of my child and it shows. Even in the midst of a pandemic, they were phenomenal. I have 4 children and have communicated with and been to many medical facilities and appointments over the years and Cook Children's Urology has been an experience far beyond my expectations and a mile above the rest. 100 STARS!!!! "I am so impressed with the above and beyond care that Dr. Palmer gave my son. We were added to the schedule and seen the day we called with an urgent issue. The staff was very kind and the office was very clean. Dr. Palmer personally called me the following day to check on my son's status and emailed again a few days later to make sure he was improving. The doctor's kindness meant the world to my family during a very stressful time."
