"I went in and ordered and others got their order but me. When I went to tell them to make it to go instead of eating there, they grabbed the order that was taken after my order. It was cold when I got it. This is the worse service I have ever had at this place."
"Used to enjoy stopping by here. Evidently the new generation of customer service is in place. Pulled in to order a chocolate milk shake, young girl handed it to me, it tasted like a vanilla. I asked her if it was chocolate, she stated yes and that they only put 1 pump of chocolate in it. I asked her if she could put more, she stated no. Well okay, guess I won't be stopping by anymore."
"Stop by for a lunch break as I haven’t had anything all day.. patiently wait for 15 minutes while I see at-least 6 other orders go out who were not there before me. Not to mention EVERY single employee on their phone and not attentive to the customers nor orders being processed. I got to sit and enjoy watching them eat French fries in front of me though! Will definitely NEVER RETURN HERE OR SUGGEST ANYONE TO COME HERE. Would love someone from corporate to reply or the chain owner. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED"
