"Giving it 2 stars because I actually really like my unit and the pricing is pretty good. HOWEVER, When leasing from this complex get EVERYTHING in writing! Send a follow up recap email or something. Here is what I have been dealing with: 1st leasing agent told me they had a special that included waived admin and 1st month free, when I went to go apply I worked with another agent that stated there wasn't a 1 month free. When touring unit was told that ALL apartments had been upgraded to vinyl only and that they did not have carpet. This was HUGE selling factor for me as I suffer from pretty bad allergies and not having carpet is a huge sell. Fast forward to when I was inspecting the unit that I was going to move into and it had carpet in the bedrooms. I was unfortunately in a time crunch to move in therefore I knew there wouldn't be much that they would do (and know with the experience that I'm having I DEFINETLY know that they wouldn't do anything about it) I didn't say anything during the inspection. When I brought it up to the leasing agent a few days later, instead of acknowledging his lie, he put it back on me and said "well there are few and far between apts that still have carpet and you saw it and signed for it" Was never told of the extra fees (trash, pest, required renters insurance). I moved in 09/29 to find that I don't have working washer connections which the leasing agent knew were CRUCIALLY important to me. It is now 10/19 and the connections are still not working. Stove burners work very poorly and coil for oven is bent therefore I'm not able to use it safely. I was told they don't give out remotes to open the gates so you have to punch in your code every single time, which is very frustrating. I was told I would get a mail key 3 days after move in and still have not gotten one. I saw prior comments about the parking issues and have not really had any myself but I am interested in getting a covered parking space to which I was told there were none nor did they offer to put me on some kind of wait list. However, there are 4 slots right in front of my building that have not been parked in ONCE since I moved in. I emailed corporate 3 days ago about these concerns and have not gotten ANY response yet. Overall, I'm in an ok situation - but the lack of customer service, communication, and responsibility from this complex will probably deter me from re-signing my lease unless something does change."
"Beware! Go elsewhere! Where to start, let's see we will start with the non stop theft that goes on here. My vehicle has been broken into twice this month of September. Second, the amount of junkie looking people wondering around is crazy. Third, for get about them doing anything if you have a upstairs neighbor who's kids are screaming all night long and loud jumping and adults fighting till the crack of dawn, it sucks when you work for a living and need sleep, many sleepless nights. Fourth, we instead a camera and you won't believe the crazy people lurking in the hallways and standing by my door and the neighbors door. We have been here 3 years and in that time the community went from decent to section 8 type of living, its time to renew the lease which they added on another $100 to stay which is ridiculous. The gates are always broken and the cameras do not work, overnight security? Yeah right, I have only seen a security car drive by 1 time 2 months ago. Save yourself the grief and go elsewhere!"
"DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS!!!! During my year lease I had my car towed, broken into & constantly seeing trash around my apartment. This apartment isn’t luxury. This apartment is DISGUSTING. The staff is rude and had zero sympathy for any these situations. My car was broken into last month in front of the complex, the complex has ZERO working security cameras. This complex is trashhhhh! And also if you think the pool is nice we did too but unfortunately it was closed all summer. Took them 4 months to clean and repair the pool while their maintenance guys are making instagram videos of them wearing cowboy hats!! Do not be fooled you better off paying a couple more hundred somewhere else . Complete trash!! If I could leave zero starts I would cause they do not deserve one"
"Very quiet safe friendly environment with awesome structure you can find two or three bedrooms with a fitness center the pool area is awesome with a beautiful interior things to think about it when you want to look for a home to live"
