"This new community is absolutely beautiful. I met with a leasing agent and he showed me around the property. They are running some great specials. I was told they could be prorated through out the whole year. Come to find out there was some confusion about that on the leasing agents end. The specials could only be offered up front. I had already paid the application and admin fees. I was able to speak with the manager and regional manager. They were more than happy to refund my money and apologized for the confusion. Greystar management is top notch."
