"I haven’t even been here 1 month and already can’t wait to move out. Trust me when I tell you look elsewhere. There no such thing as customer service here. Apartments are infested with roaches so yes the reviews are valid and for 1500 a month I could have gone to the arriba apartments to have roaches and pay half the price they say these are Luxor apartments? Even motel 6 is way better shape."

"I just received another lease violation for writing the review bellow and I got 2 lease violations in one day prior for totally made up reasons. Lease violation for sharing my experience. Fantastic! Also I received “cease and desist” letter from their attorney even though I did not contacted them whatsoever. What a corrupt way of managing the complex! This management is something else. Stay away from Trailside!!! New Management is awful. Threat is the only language they know. Roaches are big issue. Requested maintenance a week ago. Received a call from a guy telling me he is on his way. No one showed up. Also management came to my apartment(short notice given) when I wasn’t there with the most weirdest excuse,- “investors” wanted to check out my apartment and my apartment only. Fun, ha?! Now every time I think any of them just come whenever they want. I don’t feel secure anymore. Several neighbors moved out in a last few months. And that’s just from one building. A lot of homeless people in the area wondering around in the complex. Gates are constantly break. Mailbox was broken into several times. Don’t fall for cheap prices. With cheap price comes cheap service or no service at all. I’m a current resident here. Can’t wait to move out"

"No way to contact after hours maintenance..Our power been out for hours & electric company tells us "everything is good on our end, you just need to contact your apartment maintenance, to flip outside breaker." This is not possible, as they turn the phones off after normal business hours. This is AWFUL customer service, with no way to report these issues."
