"Has always been professional with us. Talking to my kids first to get their perspectives then talking with me to get the full story. I love how a pediatrician takes the time to teach their younger clients what to expect at a Drs appointment along with the parent all the while conducting an appointment. My child leaves there fully understanding what's going on with them at their level of understanding. And no concern that a child has is too silly for the doctor to take seriously and look at any way. If it's important to the child then it's important to the doctor and I love that. So happy to have found Dr. Bill!"
"Don't know who I spoke with but I've been calling around to find my son a new pediatrician and whoever answered the phone was extremely rude. I was trying to explain my situation to determine if this office would be a good fit. She cut me off to ask if he was vaccinated and I confirmed he is. I tried to continue explaining what my concerns were and she cut me off again stating all she needed was his vaccination records. I told her nevermind at that point and hung up. The issue had nothing to do with his vaccinations. I'd never been disrespected like that before."
"Dr. Paruolo is one of the nicest pediatricians I’ve ever come across and is awesome with my 3 year old daughter! Any parent going in with anxiety is immediately put at ease. Also the front staff and nurses are great! My daughter had to get two shots and normally she would freak out but the nurse made sure it was over quickly and as painless as possible. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a pediatrician."
"Dr. Paruolo has been our Dr. for 10 years. My kids love him. He’s super awesome with kids and is always great with answering all my questions. His new office is very nice. We’ve never had any issues with his staff."
