"Receptionist advised that I had a past bill on balance that needed to be paid. She threatened that the clinic would not be able to continue to see my children if payment wasn’t made today. That type of comment really upsetted me. My child is in distress and the only thing your clinic is concerned with is payment. Also when I questioned later that I had been charged incorrectly for my visit. The receptionist advised that she could not issue a refund. So they are authorized to threaten to not have your child seen and are able to collect money but cannot issue a refund when your clinic charges incorrectly. I find that very disappointing and does not align with your clinic values of humility (establishing a care environment that prioritizes my child’s health and wellness above everything else.)"

"Took 2 sick kids here and i highly liked online appointment system, online check in, welcoming receptionist, nurses who assisted with vital signs and tests were expert and patient friendly and lastly the best nurse practitioner I have seen so far, Traci Parker, she explained everything in no so detail, suggested to include any other right test (which came positive), caring, friendly, detail oriented person, she answered our questions with focus, gave all checkout details and she herself brought school note for my son (usually we have to ask for it and many clinics just forget to offer). I highly recommend the staff and this location"

"We visited this clinic for urgent care as my daughter had a bug bite and swollen foot. It was a walk-in and we were told that it's going to be 1 hr, so we went ahead as my daughter needed the attention. After waiting 1 hr we were told that there's only 1 provider and it will take another hr for the provider to pay us a visit. We waited 3 hours and then were told that we had to wait 2.5 hours more. There was no urgency nor was there care. Eventually the provider mentioned that we can leave if we can't wait as she has no clue when it's our turn. It's so disappointing to say the least waiting in line with a kid who is in pain and swelling only to deal with the terrible attitude of the provider. This is beyond disappointing and the pure apathy displayed at the clinic is remarkably shocking."

"We took our 3 month old son here for a productive cough he’d been having. After making the appointment well in advance, we waited over an hour to be called back. Once we were, they weighed him, said they needed to come back to check his vitals, and we waited ANOTHER 45 minutes then for anyone to return. It’s absurd. Truly. Won’t be returning here. Ever."

"Excellent pediatric urgent care. They open at noon - there is the option to book online. But we arrived at noon and were able to walk in and get started on paperwork. The lady at the front desk is very nice and helpful. We waited a completely reasonable amount of time. Everyone we interacted with was super nice including nurse and doctor. I'm grateful for the care my son received and would recommend this center."
