"Although the property is new and fairly nice, there are some issues which concern me. The main concern I have is that that staff rarely addresses concerns that are brought before them. Two of which are pictured. The pool, which is beautiful and with a great view, is rarely kept clean. I understand it is near a creek and bugs and such will make their way in. But the pool is not kept very clean. They run a “cleaner” somewhat often but don’t run their skimmers or clear the debris/bugs/dead frogs that stay there for days on end(some of these frogs sink to the pool floor for days). They also placed a dumpster in a common area recently which has created a huge eye sore. While the tenants can’t seem to grasp the concept of breaking down boxes, the trash piles up on a regular basis while another dumpster around the corner is empty most times. Either most residents aren’t aware of the second dumpster or the placement wasn’t thought through. Otherwise, the property seems to be kept fairly well maintained. With more units under construction another concern is how they will manage that many more tenants and the potential for more problems."
