"I live at the Leon trace apts.for a few months now. And I love the fact that this small apartment community is 1 big family everyone keeps an eye for one another and shares that helping hand when needed and we can always count on Matlide for a job well done for getting a maintenance problem done and small issues fixed it's nice to have a manager with a caring heart and a safe place to call home Thanks Matlide for all you do many blessings and to the owner thanks for hiring someone who is responsible well apartment is now full of roaches and laundry is broken all the time I was supposed to be refunded months ago and nothing seems like no one is around like always I guess another bites the dust why is it you find somewhere to live everything goes good then everything goes wrong I've done my own repairs in my unit and now we will wait to see what happens I feel it's an inconvenience for me to have to find a laundromat cause nothing ever works and I need to still pay rent in full Lots of roaches"

"Big Kudos for the apt manager Matilda, she makes sure all the residents are safe. She response quickly to your request. Today, there was a gas leak at Diary Queen,. Matilda went to each apartment and made sure we all e vacated and then were safe at the Leon Valley Community center, in addition this she cares about her residents. We are small complex but we are a family. This is an excellent place to live. I lived here 8 years."
