"We have trash pickers that are digging through people’s trash day & night. People have been dumping furniture & trash bags, filling up the dumpsters. ALL dumpsters are full inside & outside almost every 2 days. Because of all the stolen vehicles and burglaries SAPD are out here as a deterrent. As of Dec 2023 they are no longer doing this. We have a lot of areas of the parking lots that are not lit up at night along with buildings. Tons of work orders that need to be completed, but the property is short handed. Tow trucks make an appearance every once in a while. Same for TAP security. People still driving dumb in the apartments. No cameras have been installed at the entrance of the property. Also, NO BBQ pits are allowed. You can only utilize the one at the playground area which I believe only counted 2. Homespring management needs to start investing money into their properties instead of focusing on the new ones. The mail at this location keeps getting stolen from the boxes. This has been going on for a few months since I’ve noticed that mail has not appeared in my box. This is a current update as of FEB 2024"

"I've lived here for years and it gets worse by the day. Maintenance is horrible with getting around to fixing any problems. They leave the trash overflowing and kids throw their trash on the floor and it stays there. Cars are always getting broken in to and they will tow anyone who parks in the gate without a parking pass. They only open the pool when they want too. My child went to ask when the pool would be open for memorial day weekend and the girls in the office told him they can't find the key. When I called they told me it wouldn't be open until Tuesday but gave no explanation. People let their dogs use the number two on the sidewalk and don't pick it up and management doesn't say anything. I would recommend not moving here."

"Short staffed. Maintenance doesn’t come in a timely manner to fix things. Other residents here have complained of mold, roach infestation, break ins, maintenance orders that are worked on but not completed, there’s trash all over the complex, pool is a gross green for some time now, there’s furniture left at the dumpster for weeks. We haven’t even lived here for a year, but for these apartments being “fairly new”, it feels ghetto and dirty. Office staff don’t seem to really care either. It’s sad because I moved here because they were new and closer to home and affordable but not worth it one bit."
