It's disappointing that such a crucial issue was not given the attention it deserved, and I hope this feedback prompts improvements in the future."
"The home itself is beautiful. The parking is ridiculous! It clearly states In the lease to park inside the garage, they do not enforce that. So many times I could not even get out of my garage because the way other park in this community!!!!! The trash cans line the streets which also makes the parking hard! When you have guests they try to park in front of the town homes and block garage doors. When you bring concerns up to the front office you get snotty responses; or they tell you they will take care of it, but the problem never stops. I’ve emailed about parking; about the nonsense I deal with from the neighbors Nothing ever gets taken care of… the front office acts like they are better than you when you reach out to them. It’s ridiculous"

"I am moving to the SA area and currently on the hunt for a new place. My first stop was Farm Haus and I was really impressed. I am about 1st impressions and the leasing agent Michael really set the bar high. He was not only knowledgeable about the property, but friendly, and open to hear my concerns about other reviews. His customer service was A1. He took me on the tour of the property and really took his time explaining the property and different layouts of the homes. If you are in the hunt for a new home, stop by and see Michael!"
"For one, management threatens us with an eviction notice because we were only one day late on rent when every other payment has gone through on time. I worked in leasing for 3 years and never saw this kind of treatment and threats towards tenants. The front gate wasn’t functioning half the time we were here, it wasn’t until one of my neighbors almost had her car hijacked in broad daylight that they decided to fix it. Even after they finally got it to work; we have no clickers, tags or fobs to open the gate. You have to put in a code every time, which can be fun in rain storms and when driving a tall vehicle. It’s obvious the greedy developers tried to squeeze as many units on this lot as they could. There are no driveways and you only get two parking spots in a two car garage. There’s probably a total of 15 guest parking spots for about 140 units of 2-4 bedrooms each. All of which are always taken so don’t even bother having family and friends over; they will just have to keep circling the property until one spot opens up, then have to walk all the way to your unit. Most backyards are smaller in size than the garages. If you get a unit in the back row of the complex, you share the property line with a high school’s marching band practice field, so you get a complimentary wake up call at 7am to a blaring metronome and horns."
